Full stack Developer

About the role

ZAP Group is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our growing Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving web-based applications that support ZAP's business and operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications from frontend to backend.
• Build scalable, reliable, and user-friendly applications.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and database systems.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure application quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing system improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React.js / Next.js.
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js / Express.js or equivalent.
• Good understanding of REST API, database, Git, and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
