Full Stack Developer

About the role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work with all colleagues as ONE team, supporting the Technical Lead in day-to-day development and delivery. You will translate users' ideas and use cases into functional applications, design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and code review, and ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Key responsibilities

• Work with all colleagues as ONE team, supporting the Technical Lead in day-to-day development and delivery
• Assist the Technical Lead by preparing technical documentation, conducting code reviews, and following up on development tasks
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitLab Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to accelerate coding, debugging, and code review
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise effective solutions
• Maintain high code quality and follow team standards
• Translate users' ideas and use cases into functional applications
• Work closely with business stakeholders and provide feedback to project team members from a technical perspective
• Explore and integrate AI capabilities and APIs (e.g., LLMs, AI-driven features) into applications where relevant

About you

• Minimum 1 year of web development experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend, and .Net / Java / PHP for backend
• Deep knowledge of React.js / .Net / Java / PHP is an advantage
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitLab Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to boost productivity and code quality
• Interest in or experience integrating AI features and APIs into applications is a strong PLUS
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and payment gateway integration is a PLUS
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and adapt to an AI-driven development environment
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
