Full Stack Developer

• Permanent role |Based in North Parramatta, Sydney| On site 4 days/week
• Strong TypeScript, NestJS, SQL/ORM, React/Next.js experience
• Experience in AI augmented development (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor)

Our client is looking for a Full Stack Developer who will lead architecture and quality across a large TypeScript monorepo while reviewing and approving AI generated code (Claude Code). This is a hands-on technical leadership role shaping the future of AI assisted development and not a hands-on coding role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture across a large TypeScript monorepo (Next.js + NestJS).
• Review and approve AI generated code (Claude Code).
• Design and maintain multi-tenant systems, RBAC, workflow engines, and core modules.
• Improve AI development workflows, prompts, and guardrails.
• Maintain CI/CD, Docker Compose environments, and integrations (Keycloak, AD, Infisical).
• Oversee Playwright E2E tests and ensure system reliability.

Skills Required:

• 10+ years software engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript, NestJS, SQL/ORM, and React/Next.js skills.
• Deep understanding of full SDLC and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor).
• Ability to spot subtle issues in AI generated code.
• Comfortable working in an agile, AI accelerated environment.

Nice to Have:

• Redis, BullMQ, MSSQL
• Workflow/state machine experience
• Playwright or Cypress
• Secrets management (Infisical, Vault)
