Full-Stack Developer

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our development team. You'll work across the front end and back end, contributing to system architecture, application development, performance optimization, testing, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define the scope and scale of software projects with the development team.
• Design software system architecture.
• Apply data structures and design patterns.
• Build scalable web applications, services, and APIs.
• Develop and maintain internal software tools.
• Write both low-level and high-level code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with the design team on microservices.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

Essential

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, SES, EC2, and RDS.

Preferred

• Proficiency in at least one back-end technology such as Node.js, Java, Python, Ruby/Rails, .NET, or PHP.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, Veed.io, Linear, Intercom, Plateau, and Miro.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset.
