Full Stack Developer

Key Skills

• Integration architecture: Production-grade event pipelines, streaming and batch ingestion, queues, backpressure, and high-volume processing.
• Data engineering: Syslog, JSON, CSV, S3/SFTP, parsing, validation, normalization, schema evolution, and data quality.
• Rules and correlation: Configurable filtering, severity classification, suppression, time-window correlation, deduplication, and idempotent processing.
• ServiceNow integration: Table API or Scripted REST API, field mapping, stable correlation IDs, retries, and create/update logic.
• Backend and data technologies: Strong Python or TypeScript/Node.js skills, SQL or equivalent datastores, and state management.
• Cloud and platform engineering: AWS or Azure, object storage, serverless services, containers, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD.
• Security and privacy: TLS, authentication, secret management, least-privilege access, PII protection, and secure handling of DLP data.
• Reliability and operations: Monitoring, dashboards, alerting, dead-letter queues, replay, automated testing, troubleshooting, and incident response.
• Preferred domain knowledge: iBoss or similar security platforms, ServiceNow Security Operations, Event Management, GRC, and CMDB integrations.

Experience And Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Python or TypeScript/Node.js for API development, data processing, and asynchronous workloads.
• Experience designing scalable integration services using queues, streams, serverless functions, containers, or managed cloud services.
• Working knowledge of SQL or equivalent data stores for event state, deduplication keys, audit data, configuration, and reporting.
• Experience integrating with ServiceNow through REST APIs, including authentication, field mapping, error handling, and performance-aware record queries.
• Good understanding of security telemetry, DLP events, incident workflows, sensitive data handling, and least-privilege access.
• Proficiency with AWS or Azure, infrastructure as code, automated deployment pipelines, environment configuration, and secure secret management.
• Strong testing discipline covering unit, integration, contract, performance, resilience, and replay scenarios.
• Ability to translate business and operational requirements into maintainable technical designs, documentation, and support procedures.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• ServiceNow security modules: Experience with Security Incident Response, Event Management, GRC or IRM issue tables, Vulnerability Response, and CMDB-based user or asset correlation.
• ServiceNow integration tools: Familiarity with Import Sets, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and the em_event data model.
• Security telemetry platforms: Exposure to iBoss, Zscaler, Netskope, Cisco Umbrella, DLP platforms, secure web gateways, SASE solutions, SIEM, or SOC tooling.
• Data processing and policy tools: Practical experience with Python pandas, configurable rules engines, or Open Policy Agent-style policy management.
• Cloud automation: Experience with Terraform, serverless services, object storage, private endpoints, networking, and cloud-native secret-management services.
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CIS-SIR or CIS-VR or CMDB/CSDM.
• Operational enablement: Ability to create runbooks, technical mappings, support procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials for platform and security operations teams.
