Location: Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi
Timings: 6 PM – 3 AM (Monday - Friday) - NIGHT SHIFT

Comtanix – a fast-growing BPO (not a call center) – is looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in both PHP/Laravel and MERN Stack development.The ideal candidate should be capable of developing, maintaining, integrating, and optimizing modern web applications across both frontend and backend environments. The candidate will work with development, design, and DevOps teams to build secure, scalable, high-performance applications and APIs.

Core responsibilities:

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Work across both frontend and backend development.
• Develop applications using PHP/Laravel as well as the MERN Stack.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and performance issues.

PHP & Laravel Development

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Build scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs using Laravel.
• Work with Laravel authentication, authorization, middleware, queues, jobs, events, and other framework features.
• Optimize Laravel applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

MERN Stack Development

• Develop modern web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Build responsive and dynamic frontend applications using React.js.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Design and manage MongoDB databases and data structures.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.

Database Development & Optimization

• Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Design efficient database structures and relationships.
• Write and optimize SQL queries.
• Optimize indexes, queries, database connections, and application-level database operations.
• Troubleshoot database-related performance issues.
• Work with developers and DevOps engineers on database migrations, backups, and production environments.

API Development & Integration

• Design and develop secure RESTful APIs.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Ensure APIs are secure, scalable, reliable, and well documented.
• Troubleshoot API performance and integration issues.

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert designs into functional web interfaces.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior.
• Optimize frontend applications for performance and usability.

Security & Performance

• Follow secure coding and web application security practices.
• Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and access controls.
• Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, APIs, and frontend resources.
• Ensure applications are scalable and production-ready.

Git & Team Collaboration

• Use Git-based workflows for source-code management.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, designers, and project managers.
• Maintain technical documentation where required.
• Participate in development planning, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel, MERN stack (Mongo DB, Express. js, React.js, Node.js)
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Strong experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB, Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and web application security.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of application deployment and basic DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• TypeScript experience.
• Next.js experience.
• Redis experience.
• Docker experience.
• AWS/Azure/GCP experience.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrating payment gateways, CRM systems, ERP systems, or other third-party APIs.
• Experience working with large-scale or enterprise web applications.
• Understanding of microservices architecture is a plus.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
