Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who cares about clean UI and smooth UX, and who enjoys making things work end to end. You'll spend most of your time building responsive, polished frontend experiences with React and Next.js, while working hands-on with the backend systems and APIs that power real products. You'll have the chance to build for web and mobile, and your code will ship to real users.

What You'll Do

• Build responsive, high-quality UI components from Figma designs or wireframes, with attention to pixel-perfect detail.
• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js (and Next.js) and cross-platform mobile apps using React Native.
• Build scalable, secure backend services using Express.js/NestJS/.Net.
• Design, consume, and document RESTful APIs, and connect them to the frontend.
• Design, develop, and optimize database schemas and queries (PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance across the stack.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Use modern AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) to work smarter. We expect you to understand and own the code you ship, not copy-paste it.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship fast without breaking things (too often).

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, with a solid grasp of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS, and TailwindCSS.
• Experience with state management (Redux or similar).
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js/NestJs or .Net.
• Good working knowledge of PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Experience with React Native.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• A strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms, so you can think in logic, not just code.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)

• Next.js and NestJS.
• .NET as an alternative backend stack.
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
