Full Stack Developer

Location: Metro Manila, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid – 80–90% remote, with occasional in‑person meetings (approx. once a month)
Working Hours: early dayshift (Australian time)

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, accessible web applications for complex business processes
• Develop secure back‑end services, REST APIs, and client system integrations
• Deliver complete features across front end, application logic, and database
• Connect applications to workflows and AI services (task management, approvals, status updates, exception handling)
• Design and maintain data models, queries, and migrations
• Implement authentication/authorization (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT)
• Build structured logging, metrics, and tracing for monitoring and troubleshooting
• Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests with quality engineers
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and production support
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pairing
• Develop reusable components, integration patterns, and engineering practices
• Collaborate with delivery leadership and stakeholders to translate business needs into working software

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional full stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Hands‑on experience with modern front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
• Strong back‑end skills in C#/.NET, Java, Node.js/TypeScript or similar
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles
• Experience designing/consuming RESTful APIs, JSON, and OpenAPI/Swagger
• Practical knowledge of API security, authentication, and secure data handling
• Solid SQL skills (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.) including schema design and query optimization
• Experience with asynchronous processing, microservices, or event‑driven integrations
• Familiarity with Docker, cloud deployment (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
• Agile delivery experience
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to take ownership and collaborate effectively across locations

Pay: Up to Php120,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in National Capital Region
