Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with a strong backend development mindset to join our team and help build scalable, secure, and reliable software products.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in fintech or related domains. Candidates who are genuinely interested in learning fintech and building real-world financial technology products are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and database architectures.
• Build responsive, user-friendly frontend and integrate them with backend systems.
• Develop secure, reliable, and maintainable software with a focus on performance and data integrity.
• Work on financial software, business management tools, and SaaS products.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and application workflows.
• Implement authentication, Authorization, API integrations, and appropriate security practices.
• Debug issues, conduct code reviews, and maintain high code quality.
• Collaborate with team to plan, develop, test and deploy new features.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in backend development and API design.
• Experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS, or equivalent backend technologies.
• Good understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/Typescript.
• Understanding of database design, transactions, data consistency, and application security.
• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and software deployment workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well structured code.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
