Role purpose

Develop, maintain and support the proprietary platform and related services using secure, reliable and maintainable engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build software changes from approved requirements and architecture.
• Write maintainable code, automated tests and technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, estimation, backlog refinement and release planning.
• Investigate incidents and defects, perform root-cause analysis and restore service within priorities.
• Protect customer information through secure coding, least-privilege and controlled logging.
• Support deployments, rollback planning, monitoring and post-release verification.
• Collaborate with analysts, testers, platform owners and operations users.

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years in full-stack, backend or platform engineering.
• Demonstrated experience with modern APIs, databases, testing and CI/CD.
• Experience in secure, customer-data environments preferred.
