Full Stack Developer

Job title: Full Stack Developer – Zoho One Implementation

Buoy is a US-based managed services company with a growing team in Ecuador. We support small and mid-sized US businesses with staffing, software development, IT, and automation.

The role

We're setting up Zoho One from scratch: a greenfield build with no existing setup. You'll own it from day one, from account and domain setup to a fully working system our team uses every day. After launch, you'll keep improving it and take on other full stack development projects.

What you'll do

• Set up and configure Zoho One from the ground up: Mail, Cliq, Meetings, CRM, Forms, Projects, Desk, Zia, and Sign
• Set up our domain, DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM), users, roles, and permissions
• Build CRM pipelines, custom fields, layouts, and workflows
• Write Deluge scripts and custom functions, and connect apps with Zoho Flow and APIs
• Import data from spreadsheets and other tools
• Build integrations and small web tools as needed (front end and back end)
• Document everything and train our team in English

Requirements

• Proven experience setting up Zoho One or Zoho CRM from scratch. Please describe at least one greenfield project in your application.
• Strong Deluge scripting and Zoho API experience
• Full stack skills: JavaScript/TypeScript, a back-end language (Node.js, Python, or PHP), SQL, REST APIs
• Fluent professional English, B2 or higher, written and spoken. You'll work directly with US leadership.
• Based in Ecuador, with reliable internet and your own computer
• Able to work mostly within US Eastern business hours

Nice to have

• Zoho certifications (CRM, Creator, or Zoho One)
• Experience with Zoho Creator, Analytics, or Books
• Prior remote work for US companies
