Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Experience: 3–5 years

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to develop, deploy and maintain web applications using React, Node.js and PostgreSQL. The role involves working across frontend interfaces, backend services, database design and cloud deployment to deliver secure, reliable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.

• Develop backend services using Node.js and Express.js or similar frameworks.

• Design and integrate REST APIs.

• Implement secure authentication and authorisation using JWT and role-based access controls.

• Design and maintain PostgreSQL databases, including schemas, queries and performance optimisation.

• Manage source code, branches, pull requests and code reviews using Git/GitHub.

• Deploy and maintain applications on Linux virtual machines hosted on Azure or similar cloud platforms.

• Troubleshoot application issues, fix bugs and improve performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver features.

• Maintain clear technical documentation and follow coding and security best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on full stack development experience.

• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

• Strong backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js or similar frameworks.

• Practical experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design.

• Experience in REST API design, integration and JWT-based authentication.

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows and collaborative development.

• Hands-on experience deploying applications on Linux VMs using Azure or similar platforms.

• Strong problem-solving, debugging and communication skills.

• Ability to take ownership of assigned work and deliver within agreed timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with TypeScript.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker and automated testing.

• Knowledge of Nginx, SSL configuration and application monitoring.

Pay: ₹182,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
