Full-Stack App Developer – Build a Brand-New App from Scratch

Company: Alpha Dream Construction CA

Job Type: Freelance / Contract / Potential Long-Term Opportunity

Location: Remote or Hybrid

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced app developer to help us design and build a brand-new application from the ground up. We need someone who can take our business ideas, help turn them into a functional product, and handle the technical development from the initial planning stages through launch.

We are looking for a developer who can work independently, recommend the right technology, and build a reliable, scalable, and user-friendly application.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new application from scratch based on our business requirements.
• Help plan the app's structure, features, and technical approach.
• Design and develop the front end and back end.
• Build databases, user accounts, permissions, and integrations as needed.
• Ensure the app is secure, reliable, and easy to use.
• Test, troubleshoot, and improve the application.
• Provide ongoing technical support and updates as agreed.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing and launching applications from scratch.
• Strong experience with front-end and back-end development.
• Experience with mobile applications, web applications, or both.
• Knowledge of databases, APIs, cloud hosting, and application security.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a non-technical team.
• A portfolio of previously developed applications.

How to Apply

Please provide:

• Examples of applications you have built from scratch.
• Your technical expertise and recommended technology stack.
• Your estimated timeline for developing a new app.
• Your preferred pricing structure: fixed project price or hourly rate.
• Whether you can handle the entire project independently, from planning through launch.

Important: We are looking for someone who can build a complete working product, not just provide coding assistance. All project ownership, source-code access, and intellectual property terms will be agreed upon in writing before development begins.

Pay: Up to $8,000.00 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Van Nuys, CA 91411
