Job Description: Full Stack Software Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Software Developer with 24 years of experience to build and maintain a SaaS product. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Go (Golang), hands-on experience with Next.js and TypeScript, and a solid understanding of PostgreSQL and REST API development.

The role involves working across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy features across frontend and backend applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs with proper validation and error handling.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Work with Next.js and TypeScript to build responsive user interfaces.
• Develop backend services using Go (Golang) and work with PostgreSQL databases.
• Design database schemas, write queries, and manage database migrations.
• Use AWS services such as S3 and Lambda for file storage, serverless functions, and scheduled tasks.
• Debug and resolve production issues using monitoring tools such as Sentry and New Relic.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with the engineering team.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks from development through production deployment.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang).
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, including queries, schema design, and migrations.
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Strong problem-solving and independent debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS services, including S3, Lambda, EC2, and CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of cron jobs and background task processing.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product development environment.
• Familiarity with application monitoring tools such as Sentry and New Relic.
