Full Stack Developer

About The Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain a enterprise level production applications. In this role, you will work across the frontend, backend, and database layers, delivering secure, reliable, and high-performance features end to end.

ROLE

Build and own features end to end across a production-grade web application - from the React UI to backend APIs and the relational data layer. Deliver clean, tested, maintainable code, ship it to cloud environments through CI/CD, and collaborate closely with product and platform teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications in React and JavaScript
• Build backend services and REST APIs - validation, error handling, logging, performance
• Design relational data models, write performant SQL, and manage schema migrations
• Integrate frontend and backend through secure, well-defined API contracts
• Containerise applications and deploy them to cloud environments through CI/CD pipelines
• Instrument applications with logs and metrics; troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Drive engineering excellence - Agile delivery, code review, automated testing, documentation

• Own features across the full lifecycle - design, delivery, operations, iteration
• Optimise for performance, reliability, and maintainability with measurable quality targets
• Prioritise based on user value (end users and business stakeholders as customers)
• Ship iteratively; measure adoption, quality, and reliability continuously

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional full stack development experience
• Strong React and JavaScript (ES6+) - components, hooks, state management, routing
• Hands-on backend development - designing and building REST APIs
• Strong SQL and relational database experience (PostgreSQL or any RDBMS) - modelling, query tuning, migrations
• Experience deploying containerised applications to a cloud platform (preferably Azure)
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
• Agile, automated testing, and coding best practices as everyday habits
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Azure App Service with container deployments from Azure Container Registry
• Databricks Apps
• Azure DevOps pipelines
• Authentication and authorisation - OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Microsoft Entra ID
• Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and service workers
