Backend:

Python, Fast API, REST API development
Node.js / Express.js is a plus
MySQL / relational database design
SQL queries, schema design, and data modeling
Background jobs, data processing, and integration services
Agentic AI and Automation

Integration:

API integration with monitoring, ITSM, CMDB, BCM, and knowledge systems
Data normalization and correlation logic
JSON-based data processing
Authentication and authorization concepts (Single-Sign-ON services)

DevOps:

Git / GitLab / Azure DevOps
Docker / containerized application development
Red Hat OpenShift deployment knowledge is preferred
Environment configuration and application troubleshooting

General:

BS degree in Computer Science
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work with operational data
Ability to document technical work clearly
Experience in enterprise IT, monitoring, service management, or AIOps is preferred
