Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦250,000 monthly, depending on experience

About the Role

Sysmax Technologies Limited is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of Swift Cloud ERP, our business management software.

We are looking for a developer with solid programming fundamentals, practical development experience, and a willingness to learn, solve problems, and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve web applications and ERP functionalities.

• Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

• Develop and integrate backend services, APIs, and databases.

• Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges.

• Collaborate with the technical team to implement new features and improve existing modules.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Test applications and ensure functionality, security, and reliability.

• Learn Swift Cloud ERP's architecture, modules, and business workflows during onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Demonstrable experience in full-stack web development.

• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks, such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#, depending on your technical specialization.

• Understanding of frontend development, backend systems, databases, and API integration.

• Familiarity with Git, debugging, testing, and software development best practices.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to learn new technologies and work collaboratively.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate their skills through relevant projects, a portfolio, or a practical technical assessment.

Work Arrangement

• The first four weeks will be on-site in Abuja to facilitate structured onboarding and familiarization with Swift Cloud ERP.

• Hybrid work will commence after the four-week onboarding period, subject to the agreed arrangement and satisfactory completion of the onboarding requirements.

• Candidates must be comfortable with the initial on-site arrangement.
