Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

Elites Capital is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer with 1–3 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies, database management, API integration, and application performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Develop backend services, business logic, and RESTful APIs.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend systems and third-party APIs.
• Design, manage, and optimize databases.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Write clean, reusable, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
• Perform application testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Maintain application security and follow coding best practices.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Python, PHP, or Java.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Knowledge of debugging, testing, and web application security.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of TypeScript and modern development frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and application deployment.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates should have practical project experience in full stack development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
