What they need
Key responsibilities:
- Build and own features end to end: front-end UI, back-end APIs, microservices, business logic
- Work with HTML, CSS, Tailwind, React (frontend) and Node.js or C# (backend)
- Model domains using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) approaches
- Write tests first (TDD) and specs / behavior tests (BDD) to drive robust code
- Design and maintain microservices APIs (REST, GraphQL etc.)
- Use Git for version control, branching strategies, code reviews
- Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot on Azure (or cloud infra)
- Participate in architectural discussions, system design, performance optimization
- Ability to use AI-assisted coding tools wisely (our secret sauce is channeling a little dolphin intelligence )
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, operations
- Engage in continuous learning, mentoring, and code reviews
