What you’ll do:

• Leading the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using Next.js, React, Python and Django
• Building and optimising responsive front-end interfaces, RESTful APIs and robust back-end services
• Developing reusable components and implementing efficient server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js
• Designing and maintaining scalable databases, API integrations and data pipelines
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client and internal projects on time and at scale
• Applying best practices in clean architecture, security, performance, testing and DevOps
• Keeping up with emerging technologies to help shape our future development practices

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience, ideally in a senior or lead role
• Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python and Django
• Experience developing responsive, high-performance web applications using modern front-end technologies
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development, integration and scalability using Django REST Framework or similar
• Solid knowledge of database design, optimisation and management, particularly PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Experience with server-side rendering, API routes, authentication and state management in Next.js
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure), CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Bonus: experience with data processing, automation or Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (English essential)
• Ability to balance technical expertise with project delivery in a fast-paced environment
