Role Description The Full-stack Developer will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Viktor GLOBAL’s EHS platform and related services. This full-time hybrid role is based in Ljubljana, with a mix of in-office collaboration and work from home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services, integrating APIs, and ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable application performance. The developer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and EHS domain experts to translate requirements into technical solutions, write clean and testable code, and participate in code reviews. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing existing features, contributing to architectural decisions, and keeping up-to-date with modern development practices and tools.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience working across the entire application lifecycle.
• Candidates should possess front-end skills in Front-End Development, including proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, and database integration.
• Candidates should possess solid understanding of web application architecture, security best practices, and performance optimization.
• Relevant experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git) is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in hybrid teams across disciplines are expected.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Experience in EHS, industrial software, or SaaS products is a plus, as is familiarity with European occupational safety and health standards.
