Full-Stack Developer (Front-End or Back-End Focus) | 2 Openings

About the Role

We are looking to hire two skilled Full-Stack Developers to join our development team. Both developers should have a solid understanding of full-stack web development, with a clear area of specialization. (bringing at least 2 - 3 years of experience after graduation)

We are hiring for two complementary profiles:

• Position A: Front-End-Focused Full-Stack Developer
• Position B: Back-End and Database-Focused Full-Stack Developer

Both positions require the ability to understand and contribute to the complete application stack. However, each candidate should demonstrate deeper expertise in their preferred specialization.

Important: You do not need to be equally specialized in every area of full-stack development. We value strong fundamentals across the stack combined with demonstrable expertise in your primary area.

Responsibilities
Shared Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve web applications across the front end and back end.
• Integrate APIs, databases, authentication, and third-party services.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-structured, and reusable code.
• Debug issues, improve application performance, and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with team members to plan, implement, test, and deliver features.
• Use Git and GitHub or equivalent version control tools effectively.
• Follow good practices for security, testing, documentation, and deployment.

Position A: Front-End-Focused Full-Stack Developer

Your primary strength should be front-end development, interface implementation, and user experience.

Relevant skills may include:

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with React, Next.js, Vue, or another relevant modern framework.
• Ability to convert UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible, high-quality interfaces.
• Experience with component architecture, state management, form validation, and API integration.
• Understanding of browser performance, responsive layouts, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Sufficient back-end knowledge to work with APIs, authentication, and databases.

Portfolio requirement: Provide at least five relevant links demonstrating your front-end, UI implementation, or UI/UX-related work, In addition to GitHub repositories. These may include live projects, deployed applications, interactive prototypes, or detailed case studies.

Position B: Back-End and Database-Focused Full-Stack Developer

Your primary strength should be back-end development, database design, API development, and application architecture.

Relevant skills may include:

• Strong experience with a relevant back-end language and framework, such as Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, C#, or another suitable technology.
• Experience designing, developing, and documenting REST APIs or GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Understanding of database schema design, relationships, indexing, query optimization, and data integrity.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, security, validation, error handling, and logging.
• Familiarity with automated testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.
• Sufficient front-end knowledge to integrate APIs and contribute to the user interface when needed.

Technical evidence requirement: Provide at least three relevant project or technical evidence links. In addition to GitHub repositories, you may submit deployed applications, API documentation, architecture diagrams, database schema examples, automated test suites, or technical case studies.

If your work is confidential or cannot be shared publicly, explain your contribution and provide a sanitized code sample, technical write-up, or another suitable demonstration that does not disclose confidential information. (A Loom could be sent too)
