Full-Stack Developer (Go, Python, Next.JS, SQL)

About the Role:

You'll design and maintain robust server-side solutions that power TMES's retail technology platforms, directly shaping the performance and reliability our clients depend on. Within our collaborative engineering team, you'll build high-performance APIs and microservices that drive real business impact across Thailand's retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement performant RESTful and GraphQL APIs at scale
• Build microservices architectures supporting retail technology platforms
• Manage and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases including data migrations
• Implement caching strategies to ensure high availability and system reliability
• Write clean, secure, well-tested code following established best practices
• Collaborate in Agile teams across CI/CD-driven delivery workflows
• Drive scalable backend development for inventory, POS, and analytics solutions

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years working experience of Full-Stack Development experience
• Proficiency in Python or Golang, Next.JS
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud services
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud/backend certification or retail/eCommerce experience preferred
• Good communication & presentation skills, Hands-on, Good Team Player and Strong logical Thinking
