🎯 Who We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a relevant degree (IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering or related)
• Strong foundation in programming fundamentals (logic, data structures, OOP concepts)
• Comfortable with at least one programming language (e.g. C#, Java, JavaScript or similar)
• Willing to learn fast and improve continuously (One Degree More)
• Curious, open-minded, and coachable (Shoshin mindset)
• Takes ownership and tries to find solutions before saying “cannot” (There’s Always A Way)
• A team player who supports others and asks for help when needed (Never Walk Alone)
