What they need
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve high-quality, scalable software solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, architectural reviews, and solution design for major features and systems.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt.
- Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) in development projects is a significant advantage
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software development. - Proven experience designing and building large-scale, distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Strong Experience with GO (Golang) for backend development.
- Strong Experience with Next.js,React for frontend development.
- Expert in Microservices architecture, Containerization (Docker, etc), and Orchestration (Kubernetes). Practical experience with Serverless computing (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
- Experience utilizing and contributing to Open-Source projects, frameworks, and tools.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies. Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Expertise in monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Strong knowledge of both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Expert use of Git and agile development methodologies.
- Experience in prompt engineering, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), or using cognitive services APIs is a plus
