Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, responsive, and accessible user interfaces
• Design, implement, and manage databases to ensure efficient data flow and integrity
• Write high-quality, reusable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and continuous improvements

Requirements – Junior Level

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields

• Fresh graduates or candidates with few years of experience are most welcomed

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of:

  • Front-end: JavaScript, React or Vue
  • Back-end: Java, Spring Boot
  • Willingness to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements – Senior Level

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in full stack or web development

• Strong proficiency in:

  • Front-end frameworks (JavaScript, React, Vue, or equivalent)
  • Back-end development (Java, Spring Boot)

• Solid experience with database design and optimization

• Ability to design scalable systems and guide technical decisions

• Experience mentoring junior developers is an advantage

Bonus Skills (Optional)

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization
