FULL STACK DEVELOPER -Laravel

ABOUT THE ROLE EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong practical experience in PHP/Laravel and frontend development using React.js, Vue.js or an equivalent modern JavaScript framework. Laravel experience is mandatory. The candidate should be able to independently develop and maintain business features across database, backend APIs and frontend screens, while following established coding, testing and review practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain full-stack application features using Laravel for backend development and React.js/Vue.js for frontend development.

Build and consume secure REST APIs with proper validation, authentication, authorization and error handling.

Develop reusable frontend components, forms, dashboards and API-driven screens.

Work with Laravel routing, controllers, middleware, Eloquent ORM, relationships, migrations, jobs and queues.

Understand existing code and trace feature flows across UI, API, database and third-party integrations.

Perform basic impact analysis before modifying existing modules or APIs.

Debug frontend, backend, integration and database issues using logs, browser tools, API tools and SQL checks.

Write efficient MySQL queries and help resolve common performance issues such as N+1 queries and unnecessary data loading.

Implement authentication and role/permission-based access using appropriate Laravel mechanisms.

Use queues/jobs for background tasks such as notifications, imports, reports and integration processing.

Write maintainable code, participate in pull-request reviews and address review feedback.

Coordinate with QA, product and other developers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly for code understanding, planning, debugging, testing and implementation support.

REQUIRED SKILLS

3 to 5 years of software development experience with strong hands-on PHP/Laravel experience.

Strong Laravel fundamentals: routing, controllers, middleware, Eloquent ORM, relationships, validation, migrations and queues/jobs.

Hands-on frontend development experience using React.js, Vue.js or a comparable modern JavaScript framework.

Good JavaScript fundamentals including ES6+, API calls, async handling and component-based development.

Experience building forms, handling loading/error states and integrating frontend screens with backend APIs.

Good REST API knowledge including authentication, authorization, pagination, validation and status/error handling.

Working knowledge of MySQL including joins, indexes, transactions and query optimization basics.

Experience using Git, branches, pull requests and team-based development workflows. Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Clear written and verbal English communication

Pay: ₹382,000.00 - ₹1,650,000.00 per year
