Full Stack Developer - Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain complex software applications using Java, Node.js, Python, React.js, and other technologies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by implementing robust testing frameworks and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members on best practices in software development.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of AWS, Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience in capital market domain or similar industries (e.g., DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance).
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages (Java, Node.js) and familiarity with front-end frameworks like React.js.
