Full Stack Developer (MERN)

We are a growing SaaS company offering cloud-based software solutions to salons and beauty service providers. Our platform is stable, scalable, and built with modern technologies. As we expand, we’re looking to bring experienced and versatile developers into our product team who can contribute to multiple ongoing projects — both web and mobile — while ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and great user experience.

Role Overview: As a Full Stack & Mobile Developer, you will play a key role in building both our core SaaS platform and mobile applications. You’ll be expected to write clean, efficient code, improve system performance, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality features in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Web & Backend Development
● Develop and maintain frontend features using React.js.
● Build scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
● MongoDB for schema design, data modeling, and optimization.
● Ensure high performance and responsiveness across the application.
● Knowledge of UI/UX to enhance the user experience.
● Write reusable, testable, and efficient code across the stack.
● Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.

Mobile App Development
● Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
● Integrate APIs with the mobile front-end and ensure consistent behavior across platforms.
● Handle push notifications, offline support, and local storage.
● Deploy and maintain apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. CI/CD & DevOps ● Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins. ● Manage deployments and infrastructure using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
● Automate testing, code analysis, and deployments across environments.
● Monitor application health and handle error logging and debugging.

Tech Stack:
● Frontend: React.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS / Material UI
● Backend: Node.js, Express.js
● Mobile: React Native or Flutter ● Database: MongoDB
● Cloud & DevOps: Google Cloud Platform, Docker.
● CI/CD: GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins
● Version Control: Git, GitHub

Requirements:
● Minimum 3+ years of professional development experience.
● Strong experience with React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
● Proven experience in building and maintaining mobile apps using React Native or Flutter. ● Hands-on experience in CI/CD setup and deployment workflows.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
● Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, system architecture, and performance tuning.
● Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
