Full Stack Developer – .NET C# / ReactJS

Job Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET and ReactJS to build and support enterprise-grade web applications. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and development to testing, deployment, and production support, with direct collaboration with clients and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#/.NET and ReactJS.
• Build applications from the ground up, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Design and optimize databases, queries, integrations, and application performance.
• Apply SOLID Principles, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, and OOP in application development.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, QA/testers, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and production issues.
• Conduct code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and communicate technical solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in C#/.NET development.
• Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer covering both frontend and backend development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Experience developing REST APIs, Entity Framework, Dependency Injection, Authentication, and Authorization.
• Strong SQL skills with SQL Server and/or Oracle, including data modeling, stored procedures, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of SOLID Principles, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, and Object-Oriented Design.
• Experience with Git/version control, CI/CD, secure coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong client-facing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Azure or cloud-native application development.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of API-led architecture.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical discussions/workshops.

Pay: Php75,000.00 - Php95,000.00 per month
