Full Stack Developer (NetSuite, Python, Node.js)

Elite Wheel Distributors is one of the fastest moving B2B wholesale wheel and tire distributors in the country, with operations in Florida and Illinois. We run on NetSuite ERP, Zoho CRM, RF Smart, Pacejet and a growing stack of internal tools that handle thousands of orders every month.

We are hiring a hands-on Full Stack Developer who will also lead and manage our development team. You will build, integrate and automate the systems behind our operations: warehouse management, inventory flow, logistics, eCommerce and internal infrastructure. You will set the technical direction, assign and review the work of other developers, and report directly to leadership. NetSuite development experience is required. What you and your team build goes into use right away.

What You’ll Do

Lead the team

• Manage a team of developers: assign work, set priorities, and hold the team to deadlines
• Review code and approve releases before they reach production
• Set coding standards, Git workflow, documentation and deployment practices for the team
• Run sprint planning and turn leadership requests into scoped, scheduled work
• Hire, onboard, mentor and evaluate developers
• Report progress, risks and blockers to leadership every week

Build

• Build and maintain integrations, automations and internal tools across NetSuite, Zoho, warehouse, shipping and eCommerce systems
• Write SuiteScript, SuiteQL and NetSuite REST and SOAP integrations
• Develop APIs, backend services and automation scripts in Python and Node.js
• Integrate shipping carriers, marketplaces and payment processors
• Build internal dashboards, reporting and workflow automations
• Build full stack web apps with React on the front end and Node.js and Express on the back end
• Design scalable, high availability services, including microservices where they fit
• Run CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment
• Optimize MySQL and PostgreSQL databases for data integrity and scale
• Own projects end to end: planning, development, testing, deployment and iteration
• Work with AWS and Azure deployment environments
• Troubleshoot API failures and integration problems in production

Requirements

• Hands-on NetSuite development experience: SuiteScript, SuiteQL, REST or SOAP APIs. Experience only as a NetSuite end user does not qualify.
• Experience leading or managing developers: assigning work, reviewing code, and owning delivery
• Strong Python and Node.js
• Solid JavaScript fundamentals
• Proven experience building and consuming REST APIs, including OAuth, tokens, webhooks and JSON
• Strong SQL, including MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Full stack experience with React and Express
• System design for scalable, microservices based architectures
• AWS or Azure deployment experience
• Git and GitHub workflows, including pull request review and CI/CD
• Agile development workflows
• Linux, cloud deployment and role based access control
• Able to work independently in a fast environment with shifting priorities
• Clear communicator with leadership and non technical teams

Big Plus

• Zoho experience: Deluge, Zoho APIs or Zoho Creator
• Experience in distribution, warehouse, logistics or eCommerce
• Experience integrating shipping, inventory or ERP platforms
• Built internal operational tools for a growing company
• Experience managing offshore or contract developers
