Full Stack Developer (Next.js, React, Agentic AI)

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who builds with modern JavaScript frameworks and is excited about agentic AI. You will build real-time web apps and AI-powered features, working with AI coding tools like Claude Code every day. This is a fully remote, full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full stack web apps using Next.js, React and Node.js
• Build real-time features with WebSockets (e.g. Socket.IO)
• Design and build AI agents, agent orchestration and tool-calling loops
• Build RAG pipelines (embeddings, vector databases, retrieval)
• Optimize token usage, context and cost for LLM-powered features
• Use AI coding tools like Claude Code to ship quickly and with quality
• Write clean, tested code and take part in code reviews

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React and Next.js
• Backend experience with Node.js and REST APIs
• Working knowledge of WebSockets and real-time app concepts
• Understanding of agentic AI and autonomous agents: tool use, agent loops and multi-agent orchestration
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, tokens, context windows and token optimization
• Experience working with LLM APIs and AI tools
• Must have built modern apps using Claude Code (please share examples)
• Comfortable with Git and working remotely

Nice to Have

• Experience with vector databases (e.g. pgvector, Pinecone)
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
• Experience deploying apps to the cloud
