Full Stack Developer (Node JS & Angular JS)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with at least 4 years of experience in backend and frontend development to join our team in Zirakpur (Mohali). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js and AngularJS, along with a solid understanding of database design, API development, and modern web application architecture.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications across the entire technology stack. You will work closely with developers, designers, and product owners to build scalable, reliable, and high-quality applications for our AI-driven products serving customers in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend services, business logic, and RESTful APIs using Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js.
• Frontend Development: Build responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web applications using AngularJS 14+, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Full Stack Integration: Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and ensure seamless data flow between client-side and server-side applications.
• Database Management: Design, implement, and optimise database schemas, queries, and data storage solutions using MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Application Architecture: Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable, and secure web application architectures.
• Code Quality: Write clean, reusable, well-documented code following established coding standards and development best practices.
• Performance Optimisation: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and improve application speed, reliability, and scalability.
• Testing & Debugging: Write and maintain unit tests, perform debugging, and assist in ensuring application quality and stability.
• Version Control: Use Git for version control, manage branches, and collaborate effectively through pull requests and code reviews.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver features within agreed timelines.
• Maintenance & Documentation: Maintain existing applications, resolve bugs, and document technical solutions, APIs, and development processes.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full stack web development.
• Strong experience with Node.js and backend frameworks such as Express.js.
• Good working experience with AngularJS and its core concepts.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and frontend development principles.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Practical experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, async/await, and event-driven architecture in Node.js.
• Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorisation, API security, and common web application vulnerabilities.
• Experience troubleshooting application issues and optimising frontend and backend performance.
• Understanding of software development life cycles, coding standards, and best practices.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with Sequelize, TypeORM, or other ORM libraries.
• Familiarity with SQL query optimisation, indexing, and database migrations.
• Experience with third-party API integrations and external services.
• Familiarity with server deployments, and application hosting.
• Experience with PM2, Nginx, or similar application management and web server tools.
• Knowledge of application logging, monitoring, and error tracking tools.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerisation.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Experience working with AI-powered applications or integrating AI services and APIs.

Experience & Soft Skills:

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in full stack development, with demonstrable contributions to production applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned features, from understanding requirements and implementation to testing and deployment.
• Comfortable working with existing codebases, identifying technical debt, and improving application quality without disrupting ongoing operations.
• Ability to balance development speed with code quality, maintainability, and application reliability.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with an international development team.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
