Job Summary

Experience: 1-2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Indira IVF is looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our technology team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js, along with a strong understanding of frontend technologies, backend services, databases, and application deployments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and maintain business-critical applications that support our healthcare operations and digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional applications.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across frontend and backend systems.
• Manage application deployments and monitor production environments.
• Work with databases to design schemas, write queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Next.js and React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Familiarity with Linux-based environments and server management.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript and NestJS.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean.
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Nginx, SSL configuration, and application hosting.
• Experience working on healthcare, enterprise, or SaaS applications.
