Full Stack Developer | Java | React | Next

We build web and mobile products for manufacturing, retail and international clients, plus our own SaaS products. You’ll own features end to end — from Next.js frontends to Spring Boot APIs — and ship them to production. Small team, direct client exposure, real ownership.

What you’ll do

• Build responsive, performant UIs in React and Next.js (App Router, SSR/SSG, server actions)
• Design and build REST APIs and services in Java / Spring Boot
• Model and query relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL); write clean migrations
• Integrate third-party APIs and services (payments, auth, messaging, AI APIs)
• Write tests, review code, and keep CI/CD pipelines green
• Deploy and debug on cloud/VPS environments (AWS, Docker)
• Work directly with clients and designers to turn requirements into shipped features
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation and technical documentation

Must have

• 2–5 years of professional full-stack experience
• Strong React and Next.js (hooks, state management, data fetching, performance)
• Strong Java with Spring Boot (Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, REST)
• TypeScript, modern CSS (Tailwind or similar)
• SQL fundamentals and ORM experience
• Git, Docker, and comfort with Linux and CLI tooling
• Clear written and spoken English; able to communicate with international clients

Nice to have

• Multi-tenant SaaS architecture experience
• AWS (EC2, S3, RDS) or similar cloud services
• Redis, message queues, or WebSockets
• Experience with Angular, .NET, or React Native/Flutter
• Testing with Jest, React Testing Library, JUnit
• Exposure to LLM/AI API integration
