Full Stack Developer - Build Websites & Tools That Grow Businesses

We are a fast-growing SEO agency specialising in AI SEO, GEO (AI search visibility), and Local SEO / Google Business Profile for local businesses in the US, UK, and Australia - plumbers, pest-control companies, dentists, roofers, and other service businesses.

We don't build websites that just "look good." We build websites that rank on Google, show up in AI search, and generate calls and leads for our clients.

We are looking for a rockstar Full Stack Developer - not an order-taker, not someone who needs every task explained step-by-step — a builder who takes ownership, ships fast, solves problems on their own, and wants to grow with the agency as we scale.

Your Mission in This Role

You will be the technical backbone of the agency. Your work will directly help us sign more clients, deliver faster, and grow revenue:

• Build fast, SEO-ready client websites and landing pages that convert visitors into calls/leads
• Build internal tools that save our team hours every week — audit tools, lead trackers, reporting dashboards
• Connect everything: websites → CRM → ad tracking → automation

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client websites — custom WordPress sites + modern React / Next.js sites
• Build high-converting landing pages for Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with full tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager, call tracking)
• Develop internal tools: AI Visibility / SEO audit tool, citation & lead-tracking dashboards, client reporting tools
• Integrate APIs: Google (Search Console, GA4, Business Profile), Meta, OpenAI, CRMs, Zapier / Make, Stripe, WhatsApp, etc.
• Own technical SEO performance: Core Web Vitals, site speed (90+ PageSpeed), schema markup, clean site structure
• Handle hosting, deployment, and security: VPS, cPanel, Cloudflare, Vercel, backups, SSL, malware cleanup
• Fix bugs fast, improve existing sites, and suggest better ways to do things — without waiting to be told

Must-Have Skills

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
• Backend: Node.js (Express / NestJS) OR PHP / Laravel — REST APIs, authentication, server logic
• WordPress (expert level — mandatory for this role): custom themes, ACF, WooCommerce, popular builders, speed optimisation, security
• Databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL (MongoDB is a plus)
• Tools & Deployment: Git / GitHub, Linux basics, VPS / cPanel / Cloudflare / Vercel / DigitalOcean or AWS
• Tracking: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking setup
• AI-assisted development: You actively use ChatGPT / Claude / Cursor or similar tools to ship faster and better

This Is You (The Rockstar Profile)

• 2–5 years of real full stack experience with live projects you can show us
• You have built complete websites / web apps alone — from blank page to live launch
• You think like a business partner: "Will this get the client more leads?" not just "Is the code done?"
• You communicate clearly in English, give updates without being chased, and meet deadlines
• You learn new tools in days, not months
• You want responsibility and growth, not micromanagement

Nice to Have (Big Plus)

• Understanding of SEO: on-page, technical SEO, local SEO, schema
• Experience with GoHighLevel, Webflow, Shopify, or Make / Zapier automations
• Experience building SaaS products, dashboards, or lead-generation / rank-and-rent sites
• UI/UX sense — you can make a page look clean and professional without a designer for every small task
