Full Stack Developer – React / Node.js / Laravel | Deployment & DevOps

Cognoro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of web applications from development through production deployment.

This is not a role where you will work only on frontend screens or only on backend APIs. We need someone comfortable working across the complete application lifecycle — frontend, backend, databases, integrations, deployment, debugging and production support.

You will work directly with the founder on multiple SaaS products that are already under development or deployment, including QRDinesOS and other business-management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend interfaces using React / modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop backend APIs, business logic and services using Node.js and/or Laravel/PHP.
• Design and maintain MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Debug frontend, backend, database and production issues.
• Manage Git branches, pull requests and code reviews.
• Deploy applications to production servers/cloud environments.
• Configure domains, DNS, SSL certificates and environment variables.
• Work with Linux servers, Nginx/Apache and application processes.
• Set up or maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Handle application builds, migrations, backups and deployment rollback when required.
• Monitor production applications and resolve issues quickly.
• Improve application security, performance and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable and documented code.
• Review AI-generated or agent-generated code before it reaches production.
• Work with testing/QA processes and fix reported defects.
• Take ownership of features from requirement to deployment.

What “Full Stack” Means for This Role

We expect you to be comfortable working across:

Frontend:
React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, responsive UI

Backend:
Node.js / Express and/or PHP / Laravel

Database:
MySQL, PostgreSQL, database design, migrations and query debugging

APIs:
REST APIs, authentication, webhooks and third-party integrations

Deployment:
Linux, Nginx/Apache, Git, DNS, SSL, environment configuration, build/deploy process

DevOps basics:
GitHub Actions / CI-CD, logs, backups, monitoring and deployment troubleshooting

Production ownership:
Finding and fixing issues when something works locally but fails in production

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on full-stack development experience preferred.
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals.
• Good experience with React.js.
• Experience with Node.js and/or Laravel.
• Good knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong Git/GitHub knowledge.
• Hands-on experience deploying applications to a Linux/cloud server.
• Understanding of DNS, SSL and environment variables.
• Ability to debug production issues independently.
• Basic knowledge of application security.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand an existing codebase rather than always starting from scratch.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with ownership and responsibility.

Strong Advantage

• Docker experience.
• AWS / DigitalOcean / Cloudflare / similar infrastructure experience.
• GitHub Actions or other CI/CD experience.
• Redis / queues / background jobs.
• Payment gateway integrations.
• WhatsApp or messaging APIs.
• Multi-tenant SaaS experience.
• Experience managing multiple live applications.
• Automated testing experience.
• Experience with AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude, ChatGPT or similar.

We actively use AI-assisted development tools internally.

We are not looking for someone who simply copies AI-generated code without understanding it.

The developer must be able to:

• understand generated code,
• review architecture,
• identify security or logic problems,
• debug failures,
• test changes properly,
• and take responsibility for production deployments.

What You Will Work On

You will work on live and near-production SaaS products developed by Cognoro Technologies, including restaurant-management and other vertical business-management systems.

The role will involve both:

• building new functionality, and
• maintaining, improving and deploying existing applications.

Who This Role Is Best For

You should be comfortable receiving a requirement such as:

“Build this feature, connect it to the backend, update the database, test it and deploy it safely.”

and handling the complete cycle.

If you only want frontend work or only backend work, this role may not be suitable.

Pay

₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on practical skills, experience and ability to independently manage development and deployments.
