Full Stack Developer ( React.js, Java Spring Boot)

Versatile and results-driven Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java and React to build scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions across the stack—translating business needs into robust technical implementations.

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

·       5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development in banking, insurance domain.

·       Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.

·       Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel).

·       Proficiency in database technologies (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).

Preferred Skills

·       Ability to design UI/UX flows and components in Figma, contributing to both visual and interaction design.

·       Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

·       Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

·       Understanding of security best practices in software development.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.

·       Architecture & Design: Collaborate with architects and product owners to define scalable and modular system designs.

·       API Development: Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.

·       UI/UX Integration: Translate wireframes and design prototypes into responsive, accessible user interfaces.

·       Testing & Quality Assurance: Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools like JUnit.

·       Code Reviews & Mentorship: Participate in peer reviews and support junior developers through technical guidance.

·       Agile Delivery: Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery in Agile environments.
