Full Stack Developer – React.js, Next.js & Node.js

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in JavaScript / TypeScript, React.js, Next.js and Node.js to join our engineering team on an urgent basis.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend and should have experience building, maintaining and enhancing production-ready web applications.

This is a hands-on development role where you will work closely with the product and engineering teams to develop features, integrate APIs, troubleshoot issues and contribute to the overall application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build reusable, scalable and responsive frontend components.
• Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.
• Work with JavaScript and TypeScript across frontend and backend.
• Work with server-side functionality and API integration in Next.js where required.
• Design and implement database operations and data models.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Debug and troubleshoot frontend and backend issues.
• Write clean, maintainable and reusable code.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards.
• Collaborate with QA, product and other engineering team members.
• Understand existing application architecture and contribute to technical improvements.
• Take ownership of assigned features from development through testing and deployment.
• Identify performance, scalability and reliability issues and help implement appropriate solutions.

Required SkillsMust Have

• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript.
• Good working experience with TypeScript.
• Strong experience with React.js.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js.
• Strong experience with Node.js and backend development.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming and API integration.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of Git and version control.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand an existing codebase and work within an established architecture.

Good to Have

• Experience with Express.js / NestJS.
• Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS.
• Docker knowledge.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of JWT/OAuth and authentication/authorization.
• Experience with automated testing.

Candidate Profile

• Has strong practical development experience rather than only theoretical knowledge.
• Can independently investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Is comfortable working across both frontend and backend.
• Has hands-on experience with both React/Next.js and Node.js.
• Can understand an existing codebase and contribute without requiring step-by-step guidance for every task.
• Takes ownership of assigned work.
• Can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
• Is willing to learn and adapt to the technologies and architecture used by the project.

Experience

3+ years of relevant professional experience preferred.

Candidates with strong hands-on experience across the React.js / Next.js / Node.js / TypeScript stack may also be considered based on their technical assessment.

Compensation

Up to ₹10 LPA, depending on experience, technical skills and interview performance.
