Full Stack Developer (Senior) - Next & Nest

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is a true "Project Owner" at heart. You will be responsible for driving projects from initiation to successful delivery independently, ensuring technical excellence at every stage. Beyond your own code, you will play a crucial role in elevating the team by mentoring juniors and performing high-quality code reviews to maintain our engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development lifecycle from scratch to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time with high technical integrity.
• Actively review team members' code to ensure best practices, and provide technical guidance/coaching to junior developers.
• Seamlessly turn Figma designs into efficient Web Apps and sophisticated algorithms.
• Champion the development of reusable code and ensure high-speed performance through robust Unit Testing.
• Assist in planning technical directions and lead technical interviews to help grow our engineering talent.
• Partner with UX/UI, QA, and PMs to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer (with a proven track record of managing projects independently).
• Deep proficiency in Next.js, NestJS, ReactJS and/or Ruby. (Ruby is a huge plus!)
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases (such as MongoDB or Cassandra).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and major Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to juniors and provide constructive feedback.
• Prior experience with Redux, D3.js, or Golang is an advantage.
