Full-Stack Developer

Structure.fi is building an AI‑driven platform that lets anyone design, backtest, and deploy algorithmic trading strategies directly on Web3. Builders can sketch strategies in a visual editor or describe them in natural language; we translate ideas into a Strategy DSL, compile to Rust, validate on tick‑level data, and deploy to decentralized venues (starting with Drift on Solana) — all in a wallet‑first, non‑custodial flow.
We’re looking for a product‑minded full‑stack engineer excited to own the web experience that powers our strategy lifecycle. You’ll build and maintain our app’s front end (strategy builder, backtesting dashboards, deployment workflows), contribute to our admin tools and internal dashboards, and help evolve our public site and docs. You’ll integrate wallets and on‑chain providers, connect to supported DEX venues (beginning with Drift), and ship growth‑oriented features and experiments with a high degree of autonomy in an engineering‑first culture.

This is a freelance mission, not a salaried position.

Key responsibilities

• Web Development: Build and maintain responsive websites and admin dashboards using Rust, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.

• Front-End Development: Develop intuitive front-end interfaces for our decentralized exchange.

• Web3 Integration: Work on integrating Web3 tools into our platforms.

• DevOps: Manage deployments using platforms like Vercel and handle basic DevOps tasks.

• Collaborative Projects: Participate in various innovative projects for growth marketing.

• Autonomous Decision-Making: Make common-sense design choices with the freedom to influence project direction.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a leading engineering university.

• Experience: Mid-level experience with a solid understanding of full-stack development. Strong preference for startup experience or having run their own dev shop.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Rust is a plus.

  • Experience with commonly used databases.

  • Familiarity with deployment platforms like Vercel.

  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work across different tech stacks.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Empathetic and collaborative mindset.

  • Not dogmatic about technology choices and open to exploring new solutions.
