About the Role

Peopleclick Learning is looking for an experienced and passionate Full Stack Trainer to join our Training & Development team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver practical, industry-oriented training.

The trainer will be responsible for mentoring students, conducting hands-on sessions, guiding live projects, and preparing learners for real-world software development careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and practical Full Stack Development training to students.
• Teach both frontend and backend development concepts.
• Conduct hands-on coding sessions, assignments, assessments, and projects.
• Guide students in developing real-time and industry-based projects.
• Explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Provide individual mentoring and support to students.
• Conduct regular coding exercises, technical assessments, and mock interviews.
• Track student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Help students build strong programming and problem-solving skills.
• Keep training content updated according to current industry trends.
• Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to improve student outcomes.
• Support students with Git, GitHub, deployment, debugging, and project development.
• Assist students in preparing for technical interviews and job opportunities.

Technical SkillsFrontend

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in teaching or mentoring students is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Passion for mentoring and helping students build successful careers.

Pay: ₹281,000.00 - ₹440,000.00 per year
