About the Company

Mobius Bloom Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is a technology venture studio based in Raipur, building SaaS and AI-powered products, including Whalexy, a WhatsApp Business API automation platform, and MobiusEMS, a workforce management platform.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer experienced in both web and mobile application development. You will build and maintain backend APIs, web dashboards, and Android/iOS applications for our products, working directly with the tech lead and founding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend APIs, WebSockets, and integrations using Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks.
• Build responsive web dashboards using React.js and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native (preferred) or Flutter.
• Implement features such as attendance, leave management, tasks, approvals, notifications, and offline data synchronization.
• Design and optimise databases using PostgreSQL or MongoDB, with appropriate ORM/ODM tools.
• Implement authentication, role-based access control, and application security.
• Deploy and maintain applications using AWS, Docker, Nginx, and GitHub Actions.
• Manage mobile app releases on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Write automated tests, troubleshoot issues, and improve application performance.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js.
• Proficiency in React Native or Flutter, with React Native preferred.
• Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or Fastify.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, WebSockets, databases, authentication, and offline synchronisation.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Git/GitHub, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• At least one published and maintained mobile application.
• Experience building and maintaining a live web application.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have: Geofencing, Android background location, Redis, Angular, AWS Lambda, Kubernetes, and experience with HRMS, CRM, attendance, or WhatsApp Business API products.

Qualifications

B.Tech, B.E., MCA, BCA, or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field. Candidates with a strong portfolio and production-level project experience are preferred.
