Job Summary

Four Pillar Marketing is seeking a talented, motivated, and solutions-oriented Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing team in Picayune, MS.

We are a full-service marketing and technology agency specializing in website development, digital marketing, automation, AI integration, and business technology solutions. As our Full Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites, web applications, and custom integrations for both our agency and our clients.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, solving technical challenges, and collaborating with our marketing, design, and operations teams to bring projects from concept to completion.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just write code but understands how technology can solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Management

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performing websites and web applications.
• Build and customize websites using WordPress, Elementor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other modern development technologies.
• Develop custom website functionality, plugins, and integrations based on client requirements.
• Optimize websites for performance, page speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO.
• Troubleshoot website errors, hosting issues, DNS configurations, and technical performance problems.
• Manage website migrations, hosting environments, domain configurations, and ongoing maintenance.

Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain front-end interfaces using modern technologies such as JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build and manage back-end functionality using PHP, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party software connections.
• Work with relational databases, including MySQL and other database management systems.
• Build custom web applications, internal tools, dashboards, and client-facing solutions.
• Implement secure authentication, user management, and data-handling practices.

Automation & Systems Integration

• Develop custom integrations connecting websites, CRM platforms, and third-party applications.
• Work with platforms such as GoHighLevel, Zapier, Stripe, and other business software.
• Build and troubleshoot API integrations, webhooks, and automated workflows.
• Assist with implementing AI-powered tools, chatbots, and other emerging technologies into websites and business systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve client workflows through custom development and automation.

Technical Support & Collaboration

• Collaborate with designers, marketing specialists, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Translate client requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve website bugs, integration errors, and performance issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and documented code.
• Manage multiple development projects while meeting established deadlines.
• Stay informed about emerging web technologies, development practices, and AI capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience in full stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience developing and maintaining WordPress websites.
• Familiarity with Elementor or comparable WordPress page builders.
• Experience working with front-end and back-end development technologies.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Working knowledge of MySQL or similar database technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting website performance, hosting, DNS, and server-related issues.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, or other version control systems.
• Understanding of responsive design, website security, and SEO fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage development tasks and communicate effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React, Node.js, Python, or other modern development frameworks.
• Experience working with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS, Cloudflare, or other cloud infrastructure services.
• Experience integrating payment systems such as Stripe.
• Knowledge of AI tools, large language models, and AI-powered application development.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
• Experience developing custom WordPress plugins or themes.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Previous experience working within a marketing agency or managing multiple client websites.

A college degree is not required. We value demonstrated technical ability, professional experience, and a strong portfolio of completed work.
