We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who can take projects from idea to development, deployment and maintenance.

This is a hands-on development role for someone who wants to build real-world products rather than only work on small website updates.

What You Will Build

The developer will work on:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop complete web applications from frontend to backend
• Build responsive and high-performance websites
• Develop mobile applications
• Design and develop REST APIs
• Build databases and backend systems
• Integrate third-party APIs
• Integrate AI APIs and AI services
• Build AI-powered features and applications
• Develop admin dashboards and management systems
• Deploy applications to cloud/server environments
• Maintain and improve existing applications
• Debug and resolve technical issues
• Implement authentication and user-management systems
• Optimize application performance and security
• Work with the design and digital marketing teams
• Understand client requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• Manage multiple projects and meet development deadlines

The candidate should have practical knowledge of integrating AI into applications.

• AI chatbots
• LLM integrations
• Prompt-based workflows
• AI content generation
• AI automation
• RAG / vector databases is an advantage

Deployment & Development Tools

• Git / GitHub
• REST APIs
• Cloud deployment
• VPS / server management
• Domain and hosting configuration
• Basic Linux knowledge
• CI/CD knowledge is an advantage

Important Requirements

We are looking for a developer who can build and launch products independently.

The candidate should be able to:

Idea → UI → Frontend → Backend → Database → API → AI Integration → Testing → Deployment

without depending on multiple developers for every small task.

Practical Interview Test

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to build a small application demonstrating:

The assessment will focus on actual development ability rather than theoretical knowledge.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Salary will depend on technical skills, experience and portfolio.

Exceptional candidates with strong full-stack + AI development experience can be considered for a higher package.
