Full Stack Developer with Security Clearance

Description * The Microsoft Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and deploy scalable, robust applications for the Department of State using Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, .NET Core, Web API, LINQ, Entity Framework, Azure, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React, and more. * Supports enterprise-level solutions that are critical to Department of State missions, collaborating across teams and making an immediate impact. * Requires close coordination with Department of State clients and internal team members, demanding excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Responsible for working with data throughout its lifecycle, including collection, management, analysis, reporting, and secure disposition, to support secure and effective application development.

• Develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality solutions using Microsoft technologies, adhering to Department of State coding standards and best practices. * Design and implement complex SQL queries and databases, ensuring performance, security, and compliance with federal requirements. * Leverage Microsoft Azure services to develop secure, cloud-based solutions for Department of State environments. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Department of State clients to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and address technical challenges. * Mentor and coach junior developers, sharing best practices and providing technical guidance to elevate team performance. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development using Microsoft technologies. * Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). * Certification in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) is preferred. * Demonstrated experience working with data throughout its lifecycle, including collection, management, analysis, reporting, and secure disposition. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a critical thinking mindset. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with changing requirements and deadlines. * Experience working with US government clients, especially the Department of State, is a plus.
