**About Edversity** Edversity, part of the Rapidev Group of Companies, delivers practical, industry-focused IT training. We are running physical classes as part of an IT skills development program to prepare young people for jobs and freelancing in technology.

About the role We are hiring a Full Stack Development Instructor to teach trainees how to build and deploy complete web applications. You will lead daily coding classes and labs and take beginners from their first HTML page to a working, deployed full stack project.

Who you will teach Most trainees will be fresh graduates, final-year students, people with experience in the industry and people starting out in the industry. Many will have little or no practical experience, so you will start from the basics, explain concepts in simple English and Urdu, and build their confidence step by step until they can deliver real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily lectures and live-coding labs according to the approved curriculum

• Explain programming concepts step by step for trainees who are new to coding

• Prepare lesson plans, slides, coding exercises, assignments and quizzes

• Review trainee code and guide them through mini-projects and the final capstone

• Track attendance, assess progress and submit reports to the program team

• Run extra support sessions for trainees who fall behind

• Guide trainees on portfolios, GitHub profiles, freelancing and job applications

• Support assessments, audits and program reviews

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field

• 2–4 years of professional web development experience

• Strong JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express and MongoDB or SQL

• Experience with REST APIs, JWT authentication and Git

• At least two live projects or a public GitHub portfolio

• Ability to live-code, debug and explain clearly in English and Urdu

• Patience and genuine interest in teaching beginners

Preferred

• TypeScript and Next.js experience

• A freelancing track record on Upwork or Fiverr

• Previous teaching, training or mentoring experience
