Full Stack Engineer (AI-Assisted Web Applications)

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (8.30am – 6pm), Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) (Hybrid working arrangement)
Working Location: Central
Salary Package: Up to $10,000 + AWS
Employment Type: Full Time Contract (1 year renewable with chances of conversion)

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-assisted web applications using Python, React, Node.js, and AWS, incorporating LLM and RAG capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive web interfaces using React and backend services using Python and Node.js.
• Build APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend systems, databases, and AI services.
• Integrate LLMs into application workflows and develop prompts to support relevant, consistent responses.
• Implement RAG pipelines covering data ingestion, embeddings, indexing, and retrieval.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain applications on AWS.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, builds, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance, security, reliability, and AI response quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver applications from design through deployment and maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of working proficiency in Python, React, and Node.js, with experience developing full stack web applications.
• Hans-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS.
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience integrating LLMs and developing RAG-based applications.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval workflows.
• Experience with API development, database integration, Git, and automated testing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
