Position Title : Full Stack Engineer - AI

Location : SF Bay Area, CA

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, AWS, React, Node.js, and SQL to design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should have experience integrating AI/ML and Generative AI solutions into enterprise applications and be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end development.

This role requires a hands-on engineer who can build modern web applications, develop high-performance APIs, leverage cloud services, and contribute to AI-driven product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js , JavaScript/TypeScript , HTML, and CSS.
• Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI .
• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js when required.
• Create reusable, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement user-centric interfaces.

AI & Data Engineering

• Integrate Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities into web applications.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, or Azure OpenAI.
• Build AI-powered features including chatbots, document processing, search, summarization, and recommendation engines.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Develop prompt engineering and AI orchestration workflows.
• Build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS DevOps services.
• Implement containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.

Database Development

• Design and optimize relational databases using SQL .
• Develop complex queries, stored procedures, and data models.
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Amazon RDS.
• Ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance optimization.

Software Engineering

• Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Write unit, integration, and automation tests.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-12 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI .
• Solid experience with React.js and modern frontend development.
• Experience developing backend services using Node.js .
• Strong expertise in SQL and database design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services .
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.
• Experience with AI model deployment and MLOps practices.
• Exposure to machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, Developer Associate, etc.).
• Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
