Full Stack Engineer (AI)

About the Role: We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong AI engineering expertise to build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in backend and frontend development, cloud technologies, and AI-powered solutions, with the ability to independently own features from development through deployment.

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (non-negotiable)

Work Shift: Rotational/Flexible Shift

Contract Duration: 3 months contract (extendable depending on performance or client needs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full stack applications.
• Build and optimize backend services, frontend applications, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Develop AI-powered features using LLMs, RAG, and agent-based workflows.
• Use AI tools to improve development productivity, code quality, and cost efficiency.
• Implement scalable architectures, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage cloud deployments, containers, and infrastructure automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical decisions effectively.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Python , along with solid SQL fundamentals .
• Experience building and shipping full stack applications in a professional, product-based environment.
• Proficiency in React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks, including SSR, routing, state management, and performance optimization.
• Strong backend knowledge, including performance tuning, memory management, and concurrency.
• Working knowledge of GCP or Azure , including production deployments, containers, serverless functions, messaging, IAM, and cost optimization.
• Solid SQL skills in query optimization, indexing, schema design, and data modeling, with exposure to NoSQL databases.
• Experience designing scalable and resilient systems using caching, load balancing, event-driven architecture, and fault-tolerant patterns.
• Experience designing REST and/or GraphQL APIs, including versioning and backward compatibility.
• Familiarity with Kafka or similar messaging and event-streaming systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes or equivalent, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong testing practices covering unit, integration, and contract testing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and independently delivering features across sprints and releases.
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily engineering workflows, with a focus on productivity, quality, and cost awareness.
• Familiarity with Claude Code , including Skills, Agents, Hooks, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and context engineering.
• Understanding of RAG architectures, semantic retrieval, and grounding LLM responses in reliable data.
• Hands-on experience with at least one LLM framework, such as LangChain, LangGraph, Google GenAI tools, or equivalent.
• Exposure to agentic or multi-agent AI systems, including tool use, memory management, and workflow orchestration.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience mentoring engineers or leading a small development team.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM-powered applications, and context management.
• Understanding of security fundamentals, including authentication, secure coding, and threat modeling.
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments, micro-frontends, or Backend for Frontend (BFF) architecture.
